Despite the near £1=€1 parity, we currently accept Sterling payments at a rate of £1=€1.25

Linen (bed sheets and towels) is available at a surcharge (prices in the contract), or you can of course bring your own. For all rentals, we ask for a fully refundable EU200 damages deposit (£160), called a “caution”, full details of which are in the contract and accompanying documentation which we send out by email. We do ask guests to leave the apartments as they are found on arrival, which cuts down a little on our professional cleaning costs, and in turn helps to keep our rental prices down.

If your stay crosses  'season boundaries', the price is calculated on appropriate per-day divisions.

Payment can be made by UK cheque, or bank transfer, and an upfront payment of 50% is required. More details on request.
